The reason for this is that the ethernet boot feature is turned on and in the front row in your bios settings. You need to disable the ethernet or network boot feature from the boot options in the BIOS settings if you want to fix this problem.

If you understand from the BIOS settings section of your computer, go there and make boot 1st media boot first hdd boot disable. But if you do not know bios settings are important, do it with a know-how.

I turned off the Network boot option completely from the boot options as shown in the pictures.
