Another application has exclusive access to the file ” C: / documanets and settings / All Users.WINDOWS / Application Data / ESET / ESET / nod32 Antivirus / Logs / Virlog.dat ”. ”

You can solve the error as follows:

1 – Remove the virus program normally and do not cancel at the place where the error occurred.

2 – Press ctrl + alt + del to open the task manager

3- On the Processes menu, select the process named ekrn.exe and say End Process.

Then click on retry again at the place where the error 32 occurs during the removal of the node 32. And complete the removal process.
Note: If the Task Manager does not see the eRn.exe process in the Actions section, you should select the Show all users’ actions box immediately below.
