When more than one copy is sent to the printer using the UPD driver, it prints a copy of the printer and then prints a Job Storage Status page with the following information: The job can not be stored in the printer,<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why there are two scenarios.<br \/>\n1. Because the RAM Disk is enabled.<br \/>\n2. A hard drive is configured in the drive and a stored job is being sent to the printer. If the printer does not have a hard drive, one will need to be installed in order for the printer to store jobs.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to send multiple pages of text to the HP printer, if the printer gives you this error page,<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Solution 1<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>To resolve this issue, turn off the RAM disk function. Instructions on how to solve the problem are:<br \/>\nThis setting will be made from the printer menu. Make the following setting on the printer&#8217;s control panel:<br \/>\nOn the Configuration Device&gt; System Setup&gt; RAM disk tab. (Config device&gt; system setup&gt; RAM disk)<br \/>\nThe default setting is Automatic. Change it to OFF.
